Anderson Professional Building
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
1975
The client was a young dentist and wanted a very special office for himself and his wife who was his receptionist/manager. He bought an old Allied Tool Rental building with a common looking gable roof.
The building got an all new sculptural look with sprayed grey stucco, and lower walls creating private gardens. The front 2/3 of the building was rental space and the rear 1/3 was the dental office, surrounded by gardens.
Eric continued as a one man practice there for some 30 years, but has now expanded and occupies the front space.
