Bachelor's 3

            Bachelor's 3 was a total exterior/interior remodel of an existing restaurant building that been damaged by fire. The client was a partnership, not surprisingly, of three bachelors, one of whom was "Broadway Joe Nameth".
            The concept included an entertainment club that was sufficiently isolated and insulated from the bar and dining areas, because it did not open until 9 PM.
            A wood timber green house structure was added to three sides of the existing building which encompassed the entire outside enclosure of the dining and bar areas.
            Interior materials were selected for somewhat of a "saloon" feeling…….old brick and Cedar walls, white mosaic tile and Oak floors, patterned metal ceilings, bentwood chairs and bar stools and selected antiques.
            A few years later, we remodeled it again as the Silver Saddle Saloon. Unfortunately there not enough rhinestone cowboys in town to sustain it, and it failed.
