Jupiter Fisherman's Marina
Jupiter, Florida
1978
The site was a narrow strip of land between a bridge ramp of US#A1A and a defunct marina. One of the existing buildings on the property was incorporated in the design as the kitchen and restrooms. The added two story part of the structure was dinning on the first level and the bar/lounge on an upper level balcony. Screened porch dinning was also available.
The entire addition was heavy timber and pole construction with the first floor raised three feet off the ground, to enhance the wide water view.
