            This six unit rental apartment project was sited on a corner lot. It was thought of and designed as a cluster of little attached "houses", accessed from both street fronts by a common garden. Each had a private fenced Patio and a grassed back yard.
            Each "house" was conceived as interior open space with only door height walls defining the rooms.
            The property was later converted to a condominium and the "houses" were sold separately.
