Nature's Delights
Pompano Beach, Florida
1977
The client, a father and son team, had an opportunity to upgrade their small, popular, natural food shop to a better location in a neighborhood strip shopping center, plus get an upscale design.
It was done very inexpensively with different configurations of Cedar……plywood walls……v-joint paneling……spaced 2'x10" beams and angle bracing……trim surrounding 2'x4' acoustical ceiling tiles.
High mirrored walls reflected the adjacent egg crate lighting detail and beamed ceiling, significantly increasing the apparent width of the long narrow space. The new facility exuded the fresh, natural image so appropriate to their product.
