SeaWatch at Deerfield Pier
Deerfield Beach, Florida
2008
Several years after the Pete's pier project was rejected, there appeared to be a possibility that a smaller, less invasive project, that did not reduce parking or change the pier entrance, might be more acceptable to the city of Deerfield Beach. The Seawatch was a very successful, well known, 35 year old establishment, and it seemed to worth a try.
It only took one meeting to put that location to rest, permanently.
