Shoppes at Sterling Place

            This 75,000 sq. ft. shopping center was designed for the same client as Lincoln Park Davie, some 14 years earlier. It was also in the town of Davie. In the intervening years we were to remodel seven older strip shopping centers, as our client added to his portfolio.
            As we gave the centers a fresh new look, he had the unique ability to attract a smart mix of new tenants, and help them to be successful.
            This structure is an all pre-engineered metal building system, which was determined to be very economical. As it turned out, it was not all that economical, but it was an interesting exercise, and resulted in a unique project that we would not have conceived otherwise.
