            This project was the result of an opportunity that was presented to Creative Restaurants, Inc. after opening the first Raffle's in south Miami. It was an existing restaurant overlooking a lake, and seemed to have potential.
            We did some cosmetic remodeling and improvements, and it was completely refurnished.
