The Apartment

            "The Apartment" was a ten unit rental apartment building located in a prime area of Ft. Lauderdale and near the beach. The client was a prominent bachelor and the units were intended for young, hip couples or singles, and was continually successful and in demand.
            The simple one bedroom arrangement had redwood jalousies separating the bedroom from the living area, which opened the small space visually and allowed for cross ventilation.
            A special larger "owner's apartment" was located on the second floor towards the front.
