Theoharis Beach House Interior

            This house on the beach was a partial tear down of a 1940's house, and built on the old foundation, in order to avoid new and deeper coastal construction setback regulations. The new house was designed by another architect prior to our meeting the clients, who became good friends.
            They became discouraged trying to work with interior designers and asked me if I would take over the interiors. As construction was in an early stage I had plenty of freedom with the interior space. I also designed the front door, coffee table and landscaping.
