            The project was an office for a small stock brokerage company. The design was inspired by the Down Under restaurant, which had recently opened and was already the client's favorite hangout.
            The materials were old brick, board and batten siding, heavy timber and reclaimed utility poles. The two story space had a radiating floor plan that oriented everyone to the quote board.
