Club Caribbean Motel

            This project was a complete remodeling of an old worn out motel that meandered the site following the driveway/parking and included……a new office and arrival shelter……Remodeling of all room interiors……remodel and enhance the pool area…….A new sculpted stacked concrete block wall across the whole street front……..new landscaping……Remodeling of an old greasy spoon lunch place into Café Martinique. Café Martinique was added to several times, primarily with greenhouse type structures, and eventually an outdoor garden dining under shade trees was added.
            In 1980 substantial changes were made for another owner, including another poolside restaurant named Dina's Treehouse that actually had a tree house cocktail deck in an existing large Ficus tree.
