Last Word Condominium

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

1969

The client was a local developer, a past client for The Pumpkin Shell and Middle River Apartments and the owner of the Kenann Building, which we would radically remodel many years later. We had completed working drawings for the first three towers, of which was to be a total of ten, connected by continuous parking beneath a landscaped base. There were two different floor plans with each unit having a step down living room and a large outside terrace. Three elevators would serve the three units per floor and open directly into each foyer.
The project died. I don't remember why.
