Middle River Apartments

            The client was a repeat client from the Pumpkin Shell Apartments (1964). The project was a 30 unit rental apartment, and 10 stories high. It was located on a wide section of Middle River and all of the surrounding buildings were low. It would have been very attractive to the rental market.
            Unfortunately, financing was the culprit and the project died.
