1995 & 2004

            The clients owned the Avila Beach Hotel in Curasao, where we had designed "Blues", a beach bar/restaurant, and a 20 unit hotel building called "BLUESwing" in the middle 90's. They owned a small summer cabin in upstate New York where Nic kept his wonderful collection of antique cars, and loved to work on them in the summertime.
            In 1995 and again in 2004 I helped them with series of substantial additions and alterations which modernized it considerably and doubled the original size.
