            Our clients for the Jaragua Hotel and Casino in Santa Domingo, in searching for other casino opportunities, found possibilities existing with several tribes in the Santa Fe area.
            We developed two versions of floor plan arrangements and several exterior/interior design possibilities for their use in negotiations.
            The Santa Clara Tribe, about 20 miles north of Santa Fe, agreed to move ahead, and we proceeded with working drawings. Well into construction documents, a financing impasse halted the project.
