Prince Turki Estate

Boca Raton, Florida

1980

In 1979 while we were working on additions to the Malnik Ranch, he convinced his friend Prince Turki (Saudi) who was visiting him in Miami, to purchase a half mile wide by one mile deep parcel of farmland adjacent to his ranch. At Malnik's request we preceded on a land plan that was somewhat like fanticizing as to what a Saudi Prince's estate would require if given a half square mile of property.
Although I never got to meet the prince, he was interested enough to request to see something of what his house might be like.
After a couple months of exciting work, but tempered expectations, nothing came of it.
