            The client had previously been the general manager of Montego Bay, Uptown and September and later the owner of Roland's. This project was to have been a larger and more high profile facility.
            The site was one half of the ground floor of an "L" shaped office building, then under construction. The developer had agreed and space was available for a significant porte cochere and signage.
            Working drawings were completed………don't recall what happened.
